Build-out: Combination of a built-in BBQ, eating area and shade item. Please note- we cannot guarantee the availability of additional items on a build-out site. Fireplaces, fire pits, water features, and washer/dryer units are not available for use due to liability.
Electricity: $10.00 per day for daily & weekly stays. There is an additional charge of $5 per guest per day for reservations over 4 persons.
**Monthly stays will be charged per actual meter reading of $.12 per KWH at check out.
All Coaches must be 10 years or newer and subject to Aesthetic Approval by LVMR Management.
Limit 3 pets per lot– Must follow Pet Rules.
Some of our guests reserve spots 6-9 months in advance. To get a good location, we recommend you make a reservation as early as possible. If you are making a reservation for a date less than two days in advance please do so by phone.
Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and ask them to leave the resort if necessary. No refunds will be issued if we feel that there have been disturbances to the community.
All rates subject to change. All lots are privately owned. We apologize if we must ask you to move to another lot due to the unexpected arrival of the lot owner, sale of the lot, or maintenance concern. Site numbers are not guaranteed. If your reservation gets moved for any reason, you will be moved to a site that is comparable to your original site type requested as long as there is a site available in that category. If a site is not available in the same category as originally requested you will be moved to the next site type that is comparable. During the dates of September thru October we will be reseeding the resort grass. This is a process where all of the irrigation water is shut off; the grass browns out and is cut very low creating a lot of dust and debris. The next step is to spread grass seed and then water very heavily. The water sometimes causes over spray on the motor coaches, cars and concrete pad.
